No experience using any. I know mailinator has been around for some years.
I have used dodgeit on occasion if I don't want to give my real email address away.

If "Sally" has paid a subscription, then she can decide when to erase the emails. If she doesn't, the address remains her. Otherwise, it runs out after 7 days, and then you can get it.
