[Pro] Boot to floppy but see NTFS file system

Okay, I know there has to be a way to do this. But I am not savvy enough to figure out how to search for the solution.

How do I boot to a floppy disk (FAT), but view a hard drive that is formated as NTFS? In order to run the diagnostics I have, I must boot to DOS (tried in Safe Mode, doesn't work) then browse to the hard drive location.

Since FAT doesn't recognize NTFS, I don't know how to do this.

I have used the ntfs bootdisk from the second link. It allows me to copy files to the hard drive, but not to execute one already on the hard drive. I will try the first link.

Also you can boot up with the Windows XP CD and go to the Recovery Console and access tha partition that way. If you don't have a Windows CD you can download the 6-floppy boot doisk set from here instead:
