But after buying all of the water cooling you might aswell just go for something stupidly expensive that will clock to that comfortably, rather than push it beyond its limits and it will probably die within a short period of time anyhoo after that much kicking.

A more moderate overclock might be worth the effort though. 3.2 or 3.6GHz would still be very nice for that price.
