is this normal

I've got this computer and it seems to be running good. I've gone to several shady sites but it seems that my firewall and spyware blockers won't let my computer get bogged down with malware. also it seems that firefox is blocking pop ups and ads. is this normal behavior?

Not sure i understand, but if you're asking about Firefox, it usually blocks popups and ads as a standard feature, and your firewall and spyware blockers seem to be doing what they should......

actually i was just putting a different spin on the questions posted. I'm actually glad I'm not having any problems what with the things people have these days on their systems.
