I'm looking at purchasing Front Page 2003 and the platform it lists is 32-Bit Win. Currently I'm using Win Me. I plan on installing Win XP when Me is no longer supported. Is Win Me and Win XP running 32-Bit ?

In a word Yes....standard XP Home/Pro are 32 bit OS's, as is ME....and will run 32bit applications.

That said, the Office 2003 suites require at least Windows 2000 to run. I'm not sure if that includes FrontPage 2003, but it probably does.
