Outlook Express problem

I can open OE from desktop (icon) , but if I try to open OE from Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook pops-up. How to fix the problem??

Check under Tools>Internet Options>Programs Tab. Make sure Outlook Express is set for your Email program.

Go into Control Panel, Internet Options. Go to your Programs tab and see what you have selected for Email.
