True Vector

I am tryin to re-install Zone Alarm on my PC but keep getting an error message saying that that 'Vsmon has caused an error in ZLCOMM.DLL followed by "Setup is unable to log into True Vector Service. Use Service manager to shut down True Vector service then re-start installer.

How do i locate & open the service manager

Please do not double-post. It causes needless duplications of suggestions.
