locked out

I need help bad. I tried to go in to my account at a financial institution and at logon I enter user name and when I try to enter password I get a popup that tells me "time out" and then I'm back to logon screen again. I ran adware, panda anti-virus and housecall av. Also have Zone Alarm. Nothing has helped. Hope you can help me. I am able to get in on a different p.c. running XP. This p.c. is a Dell Inspiron and I'm running ME. Thanks Granny

Do you have Javascript enabled in your browser? Might be needed for a javascript timer function to work correctly.

Spyware dr. I did as you instructed and same thing is still happening. But I finally realized it happens only if I have opened Outlook any time after booting up before going to this particular site. Just closing browser doesn't prevent the problem. This is a Dell Inspiron 8100
