I-Worm opas...pls. help fast

i need help badly, i am using the windows explorer since i cannot use the IE i think because of a certain i-worm\opas, and a dropper.juntador.m... it wont let me open IE, and hackthis program also i think....

the hackthis kept on hanging up when scanning, maybe if i can restart i can post the log.... but for now, please help me with this 2 things.... it affects svr32.exe and a phr file(im not sure).... im sorry but i cant remember.... i will post again if i remember anything.... thanks
