error mssg

i am continiously getting winword USER.EXE errors followed by Explorer USER.EXE errors and then the computer starts up again

If familiar with the process,
Test memory module(s) with software such as MemTest86+.

Also, you might want to try Windows Memory Diagnostic for a second opinion.(In my signature)......remember to run the test on the sticks one at a time.
