I want to make a start up disks for Windows 98 & XP. I was told that I should include DOS drivers in the disk. What are they called & where can I find them? So far I included M-S DOS.SYS, Format and fdisk. Are these the same for both 98 & XP?

Are you talking about drivers to make your CDROM work in DOS? If so, you can find complete bootable disks here:
http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm
for all the popular operating systems which include CDROM drivers.
