Just as an FYI, for those that have access to the MSDN Subscrition site, the servers are running much faster than the ones on the MS Connect site, at least over here in Europe. I'd recommend downloading from there if possible.

As far as I know, Beta1 is only available to MSDN subscribers and official beta testers. It may possibly be available to Technet subscribers too, I'll see if I can find out about that.
You can register to become a beta tester on the MS Connect site that Byan liked to above, but of course there is no guarantee that you will be accepted.
