Delete old names in Pulldown Boxes

How can I delete old accounts that are in some dropdown boxes such as that when you log into MSN Messenger?

Hi ... If you go to the following >>> Start >>> Control panel >>> User Accounts >>>select your account , then click on " Manage my network passwords " highlight the ones you want to delete and select remove
