Server hard drive space monitoring

OK, we've got a number of Win2k server boxes, and I'm looking for a utillity that will send a report of it's disk drive space every day, hopefully to a centralized place. It looks like windows itself can be set up to monitor all sorts of things, but I'm simply looking for a report that shows something like:

C drive, capacity 100 gigs, free space 80 gigs
d drive capacity 200 gigs, free space 50 gigs

And if I can throw it in a graph, or spreadsheet, all the better.
Any ideas?
