Internet traffic

Recently myself and others have reported sluggish internet connections
www.internettrafficreport.com reports zero internet traffic world wide. I dont understand this, This cannot be

Any ideas?

Look at the global packet loss graph. It hit zero. Look at the charts
Does anyone other than myself see a problem with that?

Well it could mean they are running their monitoring program through Windows and it crashed! Thus the ouput shows a temporary loss of data, while they had to reboot! https://discussions.virtualdr.com/
