I could not find a BIOS download either, but I don't see where you are having a problem, or are you? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I agree, unlike drivers, there is no benefit in reflashing the BIOS unless the new one has a feature that you particularly need, such as support for a larger hard drive. If not, then it's best left alone.
