Spyware Cleaner by Secure Computer LLC

I am working on a PC which has Spyware Cleaner by Secure Computer LLC installed on it. It's web site is MySpywareCleaner.com.

I have not previously come across this program and have not seen references to it before. I am leary of this program's value.

I did a quick search for it on Google, but didn't really find anything.

Does anyone know anything about this program? What are your recommendations for using this program?
