Yes, you can delete them. They're called 'Negligible Risk Entries'. You won't get them if you turn off the feature that searches for them.
Open Ad-aware SE and click Start. On the next screen you'll see a green button that says "Search for negligible risk entries". Click the green button and it will turn red with an X in the center. Now you won't get all of those entries when you search for malware/spyware.
I use this feature to get rid of the mru's. Only thing I would suggest to leave alone is the media player sdk entries. I found that removing these 'can' mess up drag n' dropping songs from a folder to the playlist. They would 'drag',but not 'drop'. :( Also,be aware of the 'run' entry. If you have typed entries in the run box you want to leave there,don't check this one...
