clow XP pro logon to Win2k server
Hi there
have a lab of about 30 computers, all but 8 are 2000 pro connected to 2000 server. I have 7 new Acer computers with XP pro that take 3-5 minutes to logon. I have tried changing IP's, removing and adding again to the domain but nothing I have tried seems to help. I could put them back to 2000 pro but want to be able to run movie maker on the XP's. any ideas what to look for to speed up logon? thanks

well couldn't delete the post so will tell you, problem solved...stupid little DNS numbers.
