Symantec Q&A 4.0 for Windows
This is extremely legacy software. OS is Windows 95, with this software installed. The problem is, one of the files were shut down incorrectly and is now giving the following error:
"Cannot be opened because was not properly closed"
The file has a .dtf extension.
