is it safe to delete?

Is it safe to delele one item that SpyBot has picked up?

I got the same thing. I deleted it with no problems.

So ! this item has to do with WMP 10.
I will delete it.
Duane, do you still has this item in quarantine or you did purge it already?

I don't know if it has anything to do with WMP10 (that's why I edited my post). I haven't purged it - it's still in qarantine.
