From what I can gather this particular exploit would require a lot of action on the part of the user.
Yesterday there was an article that suggested disabling Active Scripting is order to avoid the problem. I tried changing Active Scripting to "prompt" for a few minutes and found it difficult to navigate around the internet. I was "prompted" at virtually every site I went to. I finally re-enabled it.
