Turkish alphabet letters.

I have two friends in Turkey. When friend No1 writes me an email it is all fine but when friend No2 writes certain letters in the Turkish alphabet is all different and obviously very difficult to read and understand. Is there some thing I can do in my settings or the friend No2 needs to change some of her settings on her PC. If it is all about settings how to change please?

If you all use outlook express the setting is under tools/options/send/international settings.

Get your friend who's e-mails have the problem to change his to the setting that your other friend has. BF
