I used to be able to run my DVD X Copy Xpress without any problems and now for some reason it will not work and there is no longer any support for the controversy program so I don't know if the problem is software or hardware. :confused:

Just because that program is no longer being marketed doesn't mean the company won't support it... does it?
Company no longer covers any support or updates...
I believe I found my problem, the disk I purchased are DVD-R and should have been DVD+R. My writer only supports DVD+R... My mistake...
