I have a web site that will start to load,then hang. I had been on it a lot in the past. It is my credit union web site. It loads cookies and starts but it just hangs. How can I find out the what the problem is. I have XP , Norton firewall and several security prgrams. Nothing pops up or indicates there is a problem. I haven't made any changes to IE settings ,or OE settings

Or it could be you need to clear TIF folder. Sometimes, that helps me to access sites, when it won't load the page. And as has been stated, it could be the website is down for maintenance or something.
Found the problem. Somehow the security level for IE was changed. It's working now.
