When installing Windows 2000 I accidently lefted my hardrive as fat32. Is there a way to change it to NTFS now?

Be aware though, that using the Convert command will result in a 512byte cluster size, which won't do wonders for performance. Here is an article on how to avoid that happening in WinXP, it should work just the same for Win2000:
