What is this directory

I just noticed this directory on my PC:
winsxs
and inside it has these directories:

Manifests
x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.Dxmrtp_6595b64144ccf1df_5.2.0.4868_x-ww_212f7d9e

x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.RtcDll_6595b64144ccf1df_5.2.0.4868_x-ww_b168a28c

and they have files in them too.

Are they hacker files or spyware or legit Me files?

According to "Google": The first one is part of directx, the second one is part of MSN messenger, RTC = Real Time Communication.
