I have just reformated my hard dive and I am trying to install my IPAQ 3835. For some reason it is not syncing. It is like I am starting from the 1st time I installed it. I did not erase anything from the IPAQ so it is as it was. Do I need to reset my IPAQ so it is like it was. If I need to reset how do I do that. The software is for sync 3.5. Do I download the newer version after it is set up?
