Shockwave Installler

When ever I visit a site that requires the Shockwave player, it asks to install the Shockwave player. I acknowledge this and it takes me to the Macromedia site where I click on the 'Install now' button . Trouble is, after a second of two it comes up with the Security warning. I click on the 'Yes' button. However it comes up with an error box which states;

Could not run Installer, Try again.

OR

It comes up with an error box that says; something about not being able to some files missing, and asks to connect to the Macromedia site to get them but just crashes.

Anyone know where I can download the latest Shockwave Installler?
