disable wireless internet

we just got dsl with a linksys wireless router and we have one laptop that we want to be able to transfer files to and from other computers but do not want it to be able to go online while allowing all other wireless computers to go on. is this possable?and if so, how?

Linksys routers web based management has a section called "IP Filtering". Add the IP address of the laptop to keep it from accessing the Internet.
