Set-up a WAN

Hi there,

I am setting up a WAN currently.

They both use 2000 Server and connect over the Windows 2000 VPN solution...with the remote server connecting to the head office VPN Server.

I can ping the remote server from the VPN server but from no other client machines on the network.

I can also connect to network drives in the remote office to the head office but not the other way....is there a way to set it up so that it can be browsed through the network or pinged e.t.c so its more visible to users?

Is it a DNS issue?

Try to ping by IP address. This will answer your DNS question.

did that didn't resolve the IP Address.

i've got it responding to IP Address Pings now:D

Just the DNS Settings...im a bit unsure of currently. :( :confused:
