how do i disable this rpc

please tell me how to disable RPC IT KEEPS TURNING MY COMP OFF

I contacted my service provider, even they couldnt help me!

In control panel>admin tools>services> RPC.

On the Recovery tab, switch to "restart service".

The default is "restart computer".


This is related to many new posts here, I am guessing.
