Auto Complete Problem in XP Home Version

Hi everyone!

I just have a quick question again regarding XP Home Version. I know there are two individual places to mark and to enable the Auto Complete so my Name and e-mail and other info will be saved for me and when I had Windows 98 this was a life saver but I have checked and re-checked and I have both places marked and I still cannot get the auto complete to begin to work. Not once has it taken off and completed my e-mail or given me options to click on. Any reasons for this or anything else I can do that I may have missed? I do have my personal info filled in and everything looks fine to me.
