Cannot Find Server

EVERY SO OFTEN.... NOW ITS 5 or 6 times a week

my computor gets locked into a process where a window pops up over the screen........ cannot find server...

its happening now as i type this note i have to click the x in the corner to clear it

i ve tried clicking the file and then close... that does nt solve it i ve minimized it etc it still comes back

its driving me mad............help..............pete

tell us exactly when the popup message occurs??
are you trying to connect at the time or what??
