How does one create a boot disk in W2K? I haven't seen where to or how to. Thanks.
Insert a blank, formatted, 3.5-inch, 1.44-MB disk into the floppy disk drive.
Insert the Windows 2000 CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
Click Start | Run
Type or copy d:\bootdisk\makeboot a:
(where d: is the drive letter assigned to your CD-ROM drive)
Click OK
Follow the screen prompts
But isn't the MS-DOS bootable disk tool available when you format a floppy drive?
Thanks, putasolutions I would have never got it without you.
