CD Recording
Don't know if this is the right forum or not but:
I'm recording some old LP records to my harddrive via microphone(wav files) and from there to CD's. When I start to record a CD it tells me CDRW will not play on another player? What will?
Should they be changed from wav when transferring to CD(sure takes a lot of memory)?
Roxio Easy CD 5
XP Home
Dell 4500
IE6

Most standard CD players will not play CDRW disks. You need to use CDR disks. When burning an audio CD using Roxio, you won't end up with a CD full of WAV files. They'll be converted to CDA files. Don't burn them as data CDs if you want to play them in standard CD players.
