After bringing up Troubleshooter (on any problem), first page shows up ok, but after selecting a problem and clicking "Next," I get a blank screen...and no errors...just a blank screen.
Anyone seen this before or have a clue?

Perhaps you need this?

Perhaps, Ridgerunr, but what does "HTML Help" have to do with the Win 98 Troubleshooter? Not being smart or unappreciative of an input, just doesn't compute.

Seemed similar, so i was referring to Trains suggestion in this post...

You're right, it's the same problem as Mo and Topsie report in that thread, but don't think the suggested HTML Help D/Ls will do anything for it. Thanks anyway.

Just bringing to the top one time...hard to believe no one out there has seen the problem other than Mo and Topsie, or has a solution for it.

Follow Mosaic1's advice here:
http://forums.techguy.org/showthread...700#post527700
If that doesn't work, review the entire thread for other suggestions as well.
Thanks Rog
Mosaic1's last suggestion did the trick. I downloaded his file and renamed it, double clicked on it and all is well now
Thanks again :D
Great, I wondered what happened to you, thought you'd given up :)
Who me!!!!
Too stubborn for that and of course I am learning so much from this forum :)
Great pointer, Rog...muchos gracias! Mosaic's tshoot.txt worked my problem too! :)

Topsie, I guess you missed my last follow-up to your thread. Any way glad Mosaic1's fix is winner for both of you (for the record Mo's a she) :)
Yes Rog I did miss your reply to my thread, must have missed it in my emails thanks again for your help.
Apologies to Mosaic1's for assuming she was a male !!!!!!!
Hey, you guys are messing with my mind!
There's a "Mo" that started a similar topic here, and a "Mosaic1" that solved the problem over yonder.
Now the question is, which "Mo" is the lady?
(us newbies gotta know with who/whom we is speaking with/to)
Whit
LOL, I chuckled at that coincidence too, but our "Mosaic1", Mo' for short, is the "she"; no apologies necessary I'm sure, as it is impossible to know unless you're told :D
