Unwanted Email
I'm using Outlook Express email and have tried all sorts of rules--such as block sender, do not download from server, delete from server--and I sto;; have several email senders I just CAN'T get rid of. Any suggestions?
This is the address of the person sending the unwanted emails to me: [email protected]

Try going to the flowgo.com site, follow the link to "Contact Us" and at the bottom of the list is an address to which you direct unsubscribe requests.
It could be someone is using flowgo.com as a spoofed address and if they're a legit and ethical outfit they'd like to know about it.

When seeing that junk mail go to Message>Create Rule...
Then in 1 leve it that way, in 2 click on delete then click on the blue letters, then in the window that appears type flowgo.com and click on add, and all emails sent to you from that server will be automatically deleted. Click OK at the end it will tell you rule succesfully created or something like that.

find out if your ISP has an abuse department and forward that to them. If they are spoofing the email address, the message rule isn't going to help much

This in not the complete solution but helps. Use MailWasher . You can view e-mails on yr ISP and bounce or delete them at that point. Mailwasher builds a black list based on yr bounced e-mails. Seems to work OK. The free version has some advertising, not too intrusive though.
