Probs with Norton Live Updates
I just had the Norton thingy pop up saying it was time to do the live updates but when I said yes and it tried to run it said:
6002 Live Update could not process the update.
Live Update was not able to extract the update files. Make sure your disk is not full and run Live Update again.
When I clicked Help it said:
If LiveUpdate has trouble connecting, it displays an error message.
Before you retry, make sure other Internet applications and network connections are working because the problem could be with your network. Check your LiveUpdate configuration settings before trying again.
If you use America Online, CompuServe, or Prodigy to connect to the Internet, you may need to specify that connection in your computer’s Control Panel Internet Connection settings.
Am not sure what to do here, anybody help?? I had to reset web setting yesterday to get my Explorer back, so no doubt that has something to do with this latest prob!!
