HSF recommendations **Delta Crew**

I have done some research and want your opinions on the following HSF combos. http://www.thecardcooler.com/shopcar...ng.html#dragon

On this link please look at the dragon orb 3 cak 38, fce-62540 "iceberg", volcano II, and wbk38 coolers. Let me know what you think of each of these....my current situation is an oem powercooler pch123 that with the side panel on the machine it is running about 55 degrees celcius in the room with an ambient temp of 78 degrees fahrenheit at night. In the morning when the ambient is about 60 the cpu is running at 43 degrees celcius. I have a 3x3 inch intake fan a slot fan and a 60x60 mm exhaust fan along with the psu fan. Thanks in advance for your imput

I use the VolcanoII and it works okay,temps while surfing are @ 37C they max to 43C under load .The Dragon3 does not rate well at Anandtech the wb38k and cak38 are comparable in performance ,but they are also louder than the others.

hmmm wonderinguy... the [email protected] that you have is a lot cooler than the 1.4 that i have here and were using the same heatsink. arctic silver II, two 80mm case fans, inwin s500 case with powerman 300w power supply.

mag..what temps does your 1.2 run at....also for both of you what is the temp in the room that your machine is in...mine is a little warm in the evenings towards 80 degrees f.
