XP Pro Networking
Hello,
I am planning on installing a new lab full of Xp Pro computers on to our lan. I am a little confused on how I should set up the local user account. I know they will be getting their accounts from the domain rather than locally. So how should I treat the local?? Should I leave a local admin user??
Thanks Much

I think it's a good idea to leave the local administrator account, that way you have another way to logon to the machine.

I guess it depends on whether you want to give them full access on the local computer as you said the domain will control thier other rights.

We are also getting some Xp Pro laptops that won't be setup in the lab but will be used for office staff, these still will be attached to the same domain. Should I make a local user account the same as their domain user account (same rights)
so when they disconnect from the domain they can still log on locally. I guess I am trying to come up with the best strategical way to plan this.
