when a user of the network calls in from home with win98 he sometimes get the error 629 "the remote machine disconnect"

somedays it goes wel and somes days it sucks, with the same configuration.

he calls in and got called back and then the error appears. and the connection will be broke. If he calls in with an other ID without calling back it works well, only his telephone bill rises.

anyone an idea what it could be??
