Outlook 2000 - booking a resource for recurring meetings
We use Outlook 2000 to for email, meetings, appointments, tasks, etc. We have set up resources to be available for booking, including, for example, "Boardroom". Our booking system works fine for regular one-time bookings, but we encounter a problem when for instance someone wants to book the boardroom for a recurring time and day, such as Tuesday at 9am.
If I open the Boardroom calendar and book the recurring appointment directly on that calendar it works, but if I am not on the Boardroom calendar and I choose either Action / New Appointment or Plan A Meeting,
and attempt to set the recurring booking of the resource I get a message: "Boardroom has declined your meeting because it is recurring. You must book each meeting separately with this resource".
Can this be changed to allow recurring bookings? if so, where do I make the change?
Thanks in advance!

Talk to your exchange administrator. Looks like this *might* also occur if someone created recurring appointments with the resource, then deleted just one of them. Again, check with your exchange administrator. That does not sound like a nice *setting* to have for a resource.
