I think this happened after we installed corel draw 10, but the default plain text font for typing in forms, webmail, etc.,is suddenly courier new--italics. The other options in tools/internet options/general/ fonts are lucinda and a few others, but arial and TNR are not there. This is not really a biggie, of course, but sort of annoying. I found this site researching a ptsnoop file I suspected was a virus, and found the info helpful--it's not, but a lot of people seem to suspect it.
