Question about Microsoft Works
I liked the version of Microsoft Works 4.5 that I had on my other PC. My new PC has Microsoft Suite 2001 with Works 6.0, I guess I will get used to it eventually, but I really miss 4.5. What I want to know is ,can I install another version of MSW and will it work independently?

You could try it. It will probably tell you that you already have a newer version. IF it does, Rename it. Call it whatever you want. Save to a different directory. Just make sure it doesnt want to Replace the newer version......JJ

Please remember to let us know if it worked or not...JJ

I took a long time coming back but I just borrowed a CD with MS Works 4.5 today. I installed it and it installed in it's own directory, everything is working fine. It is running independently. I hope this helps anybody else who has been tempted to try it.
