Search in Help for Color:
Q: I can't find some of the colors I want to use for fonts and tables on Web pages.
A: When creating Web pages, you can choose from 16 colors for fonts and table backgrounds. Colors other than the 16 are not supported for fonts and table backgrounds. You can use a wider range of colors for the background of your Web page.
The colors you can use for fonts are available in the Font Color list and the Text Colors dialog box (Format menu). The colors you can use for table backgrounds are available in the Cell Properties and Table Properties dialog boxes (Table menu).
The colors you can use for the page background are available in the Background dialog box (Format menu). Choose one of the colors in the palette, or click More Colors to see more choices. When you save your Web page, Word converts the background colors to the RGB equivalent color in HTML.
