    Mailto: tag in HTML

    How do you make a mailto tag that would automatically insert a predetermined subject in the subject line of an e-mail?

    Here is how: [email protected]?subject=Subject%...message%20text

    But not all mail clients support this... (One I know doesn't like this is MS Exchange Client/ Windows Messaging).
