    Clicking mail icon disconnects Outlook Express

    When I click on the mail icon to send or
    receive e-mail while operating from Outlook
    Express, it disconnect the modem from my
    server, and gives a message to check dialup
    networking settings. This has been done and
    verified with server as being correct. Software has been uninstalled and reinstalled, but problem still occurs. Does anyone have the solution to the problem?

    Which version of Outlook Express are you running. See Help->About for this information.
