    Try bootdisk.com
    At least I think they are supposed to have it.

    Go to www.microsoft.com
    click on download
    choose MS-Dos v6.22
    operating system MS-Dos
    then FIND

    near the bottom is the Dos 6.22 supplemental disk to download

    see if that is what you may be looking for.
