import card file from Win 3.1 over to Outlook

I am trying to figure out a way to transfer/import the data I have in card file from Windows 3.1 (yes...old stuff!) to Microsoft Outlook. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I would be most gracious for any direction you could provide - thanks

I used to love the old cardfile program. Someone from here (I believe it was rmbox) turned me on to AzzCardfile. Its one slick program! I use it all the time Its carfile on steroids! LOL
http://www.azzcardfile.com/.

Might be something useful for you the shareware version is free but the latest version is $12.00. Well worth it
